Project Manager

Location: Flexible Remote (Edinburgh / Glasgow)

Contract Length: 11 Months

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives deploying technology solutions as part of our manufacturing digital transformation, working with a team of subject matter experts.
• Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously.
• Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project.
• Procure adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes.
• Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources and chair the project management team meetings.
• Report status at weekly PMO, updating RAID log and financial tracker.
• Ensure delivery is on time and to budget.

Qualifications

• Excellent experience in Agile, SCRUM, SDLC Methodologies and Waterfall
• Tools: MS Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint; CA Clarity PPM; Azure DevOps
• Fluent Business English
• Proven Project Manager experience in a multinational environment, preferably in digital transformation
• Experience of delivering strategic and change projects within the functional area of the portfolio they lead
• Excellent organisational leadership capability
• University Degree
