Role Summary

As a Customer Onboarding Administrator, you will manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers across On-Trade, Take Home Trade, and Route to Market channels. Your work ensures compliance with internal policies, anti-money laundering (AML) standards, and regulatory requirements while providing a seamless experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and complete customer onboarding in line with AML and internal compliance policies.
  • Maintain accurate customer master data records.
  • Ensure adherence to CARM (Control Assurance and Risk Management) standards.
  • Collaborate across Commercial, Supply, and Global Business Operations teams.
  • Track and deliver against KPIs, SLAs, and onboarding timelines.
  • Manage documentation follow-up and ensure timely submissions.
  • Keep onboarding materials up to date, reflecting policy or legal changes.
  • Champion AML compliance and data integrity for Diageo Ireland.
  • Lead each onboarding case with a professional, customer-first mindset.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and team capability growth.

  • Resilient, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP, Salesforce, or DocuSign is a plus.
  • Previous AML or customer onboarding experience (6+ months preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs/O Levels (including Maths & English) or equivalent.

As a temporary contractor, you'll be employed by our Managed Service Provider, Magnit Global, who manage most of our temporary contract hiring, you will not be employed by Diageo
