Training Support Role

Purpose of the Role
● Support site teams on completions of legislative and compliance training
● Support booking of training courses to support training KPI
 

Key Accountabilities
● Work with Capability Co-Ordinator and Capability Assessors to maintain all training material as per the agreed standards.
● Support on the booking training either with external providers or internally
● Support MLH training completion
● Ensure the site training plan is executed brilliantly.
● Support the migration to digital ways of working for on-the-job training packs
 

Entry Level Requirements – Skills and Experience

Experience:
● Experience of Training or Training support
● Demonstrated experience of training and coaching others.

Aspirational:
● Proficient in use of standard business (MS Office), Teams, Word, Excel
 

Excellence in Supply Chain
● Able to work autonomously, as well as in a team and be an effective team member.
● Will need high level of energy to keep improving in a complex and demanding environment. This energy will be displayed through a persistent nature with the tenacity to ensure delivery happens
● Has a proven track record in adherence to Core Process and Standards
● Demonstrates role model behaviour and coaches’ others to follow a consistent approach and go beyond mandatory minimum / requirements.
● Proactively leverages the learning curriculums and materials on My Learning Hub and other sources to continuously grow and develop in role.

As a temporary contractor, you'll be employed by our Managed Service Provider, Magnit Global, who manage most of our temporary contract hiring, you will not be employed by Diageo
