Digital Product Manager L5

Description:
We are seeking a Delivery Lead/Product owner who is a strong executionist, deeply product-oriented, and accountable for driving outcomes—not just activity. This role is responsible for defining the vision, shaping the roadmap, and ensuring
disciplined execution of complex, cross-functional programs, with a strong focus on Legal, while partnering closely with Procurement, HR, Finance, and Business stakeholders. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery leadership, ensuring programs deliver measurable business value, improved efficiency, and cost-effective outcomes.
Core Responsibilities
1. Program Vision, Strategy & Roadmap
• Define and own the end-to-end program vision, aligned to business and value-
stream objectives
• Translate strategy into prioritised, phased delivery roadmaps
• Ensure all initiatives are aligned to OKRs, KPIs, and value realisation metrics
• Continuously assess trade-offs between scope, cost, speed, and quality
2. Execution & Delivery Leadership (Non-Negotiable)

• Drive decisive, execution-focused delivery across multiple workstreams
• Proactively identify and resolve risks, blockers, and dependencies
• Hold teams accountable for commitments, timelines, and outcomes
• Maintain momentum—avoid slow, overly cautious, or passive delivery
approaches
• Ensure delivery remains focused on business outcomes, not just task
completion

3. Product-Oriented Mindset

• Operate with a product mindset, even within program delivery
• Clearly articulate customer, user, and business value

• Partner with Product, Legal, and Technology teams to ensure solutions are fit-for-
purpose
• Balance short-term delivery with long-term platform sustainability

4. Stakeholder & Business Partnership

• Act as a trusted delivery partner to Legal, Procurement, HR, Finance, and
Business leaders
• Build strong, credible relationships through transparency and consistent
execution
• Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Influence decisions using data, clarity, and outcome-based framing

5. Agile Delivery, Governance & Ceremonies

• Establish and run effective program ceremonies (planning, backlog refinement,
reviews, retrospectives, steering)
• Implement lightweight governance that enables speed rather than constraining it
• Maintain strong backlog discipline, prioritisation, and delivery cadence
• Adapt delivery models (Agile / hybrid) based on program needs

6. Metrics, OKRs & Performance Management

• Define and track OKRs, KPIs, and delivery metrics
• Use data to drive prioritisation, decision-making, and course correction
• Regularly report progress, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders
• Ensure transparency of value delivered vs. effort investment

7. Documentation & Delivery Artefacts

• Own and maintain high-quality documentation, including:
o Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
o Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
o Program plans and delivery roadmaps
o Risk, dependency, and decision logs
• Ensure documentation is clear, concise, current, and usable
• Treat documentation as an execution enabler, not an afterthought

8. Technical Agnostic Capability

• Operate confidently in complex technical environments
• Partner effectively with architects, engineers, and platform teams
• Diagnose delivery or system issues at a high level and drive resolution
• Experience supporting multiple systems, integrations, or platforms is strongly
preferred
