Role Summary
We are looking for an Newgen Application Developer to manage incidents, service requests, and enhancements for Newgen applications (OmniDocs, iBPS, Reports,.). The role requires strong technical expertise, issue resolution skills, and close coordination with business and vendor teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Manage user access, workflow changes, and minor enhancements.
• Monitor application jobs/logs and ensure performance stability.
• Collaborate with L1, Business, infra, and vendor teams for faster resolution.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and provide RCA & SLA reports.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in Newgen BPM / iBPS / OmniDocs / BAM.
• Strong SQL & database troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of application servers (JBoss/WebLogic) and log analysis.
• Familiarity with Java/.NET/XML debugging.
• Good communication and ITIL process knowledge.
