5-6 years’ experience in Data maintenance or Data management
● Excellent analytical skills
● Accuracy, rigorous attention to detail
● SAP and good Excel knowledge
● Good communication skills
● Ability to work independently.
● Ability to coordinate the work of the Data Controllers and provide support.
Create, Maintain Supplier Master Data based on authorised business requests, according to the relevant policies and procedures.
● Review Master Data Quality to ensure data is accurate and complete.
● Identify and pursue opportunities to streamline processes and increase process compliance with our stakeholders.
● Analyse, document and understand the Supplier data maintenance procedures & policies currently in place.
● Assess the cleanliness & quality of the current data.
● Create route cause analysis, identify gaps, and generate process improvement ideas.
● Understand business needs and market complexities within various markets.
● Understand how Data and other processes are linked.
● Build and manage relationships across internal and external key stakeholders; liaise with the markets / internal GDBS teams.
● The role holder acts as a Superuser in the team and works with the team leader on the capability development of the team members; creates functional raining plan and drives its delivery. Diageo Capabilities
