Input to coordination ofa effective financial planning process that achieves business commitment to stretching performance improvement goal Analysis and interpretation of Premium Drinks data for Business Performance Management purposes, including presentation suggestions •Liaise and support market teams•Support an effective financial planning and target setting process•Support and contribute the insightful analyses distributed •Provide support through providing ad hoc analysis necessary for Executive Board and other senior stakeholders (including Group Strategy, Business Development, Investor Relations and HR)•Support the preparation of competitor analysis for the Diageo Executive Team to drive focus on Beat the Competition.•Support Executive reward and bonus processes from finance perspective•Ensure day-to-day work is in line with appropriate Master or bachelor’s degree in accounting or certified accountant qualification•At least 2-3 years of experience, ideally within FMCG or SSC environment•Experience in financial reporting•Excellent business English knowledge•PC skills / System knowledge: MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)•Advanced Excel skills•Excellent communication skills, ability to build and maintain relationships with direct team and with wider stakeholders•Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
