Purpose of the role:
- The Technology TSA Support Analyst will play a key part in providing the support services established following the divestment of a Diageo business (e.g., EABL) under a Transitional Services Agreement (TSA).
- The role will provide the necessary support to the TSA Manager required for the reporting, governance, performance management, commercial control, and risk management of all Technology Transitional Services.
- The role also provides administrative support to the Supply Technology Leadership Team.
Tasks:
- Schedule meetings, arrange travel and manage expenses as required
- Maintain accurate records of TSA services, scope, and contractual obligations
- Track and support change requests, ensuring updates are documented and approved
- Track service delivery metrics (SLAs, KPIs) across infrastructure, applications, and incident management
- Support preparation of regular (e.g., monthly) TSA performance reports covering performance, risks, and progress
- Coordinate inputs from the relevant teams for reporting and review cycles
- Support monitoring of compliance with IT policies and security requirements
- Support and coordinate JML (Joiners, Movers, Leavers) activities relating to system and service access
- Support handling and coordination of data requests across services
- Track service costs, usage, and license counts
- Act as a key coordination point between D&T teams and stakeholders
- Schedule and support governance forums, service reviews, and working groups
- Ensure timely follow-up on actions and decisions
- Support the planning activities for migration from the TSA
Skills & Experience:Degree in related field.Prior administrative experience.Excellent computer skills, especially typing.Attention to detail.Multilingual may be preferred or required.Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
Experience/Qualifications:
- Familiarity with reporting tools e.g. PowerBI / Excel
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational and co-ordination skills
- Ability to work with structured processes, data and reporting
- Ability to effectively prioritise competing priorities and meet deadlines effectively
- High attention to detail and accuracy
