Description:

Design and develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces for the Approval Hub platform.
Translate business and functional requirements into intuitive UI components and workflows.
Build reusable front-end components to support approval dashboards, forms, notifications, and task views.
Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, back-end developers, and QA teams to deliver new features.
Ensure seamless integration between UI elements and back-end services/APIs.
Improve usability, accessibility, and consistency across the Approval Hub application.
Optimize front-end performance for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
Maintain UI standards, style guides, and component libraries.
Troubleshoot interface issues, fix bugs, and support production releases.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of the user experience.

Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Good understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development.
Experience integrating front-end applications with REST APIs and back-end services.
Knowledge of UI/UX principles, wireframes, and design systems.
Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and front-end performance optimization.
Experience with testing frameworks and debugging tools.
Ability to create reusable, maintainable, and scalable UI components.
Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and secure coding practices is an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in front-end development, UI/UX, or web technologies are an added advantage.
Equivalent practical experience in UI development may also be considered.
