Material management: "Ordering, schedules to vendors, timely accounting of all incoming materials RM & PM & BM. Availability of packaging materials with respect to allocation, Production plan and no loss of sales due to non-availability of materials. Follow up transporter & vendor for the status of material."
Coordinate with TMU person for export order/ GC confirmation/NEC/ validity extension
To insure booking of incoming material against STO & PO as per timeline and SOP
To insure booking of differential freight/freight detention incoming & outgoing against service PO
Follow up with sales & TMU for pending EVC
SLOB report Create & verify SLOB report & justify
To create/Update & modify BOM as per requirement
To create/Extend material code as per requirement
Market Bottle Savings - Budget vs Actual To achieve budgeted MB savings & improve MB savings over the last year.
FG Warehouse Management Stock taking, reduction of non-moving FG
New Brand / pack start up: To ensure timely start-up of new brands / packs as required to improve sales
Excise To coordinate with unit excise for day-to-day operational activities.
Inventory Control Reduction of non-moving inventory of PM, RM & FG and Inventory control.
Scarp sale realization BUD vs. ACT "Timely disposal of scrap sales, maximizing scrap revenue against the budget.
Management of Rejected goods. Information to suppliers, arranging JI, taking appropriate action & its accounting.
Graduate in any stream with minimum 02 years experience in Supply chain ,SAP experiece.
