ServiceNow HRSD Senior Developer – Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) Senior Developer to design, develop, and implement HR solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role involves working closely with HR stakeholders to streamline HR processes, improve employee experience, and ensure scalable, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Development & Implementation
· Design and develop solutions within HRSD modules (Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events)
· Configure and customize ServiceNow HR applications
· Build and maintain: 
· Business Rules
· Client Scripts
· Script Includes
· UI Policies
· Flow Designer workflows
Integration & Automation
· Integrate ServiceNow with external HR systems (e.g., Workday )
· Develop REST/SOAP APIs and inbound/outbound integrations
· Automate HR processes using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
Architecture & Best Practices
· Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and coding standards
· Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers
· Contribute to solution architecture and design discussions
Stakeholder Collaboration
· Work with HR, IT, and business teams to gather requirements
· Translate business requirements into technical solutions
· Provide technical guidance and documentation
Maintenance & Support
· Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
· Manage platform upgrades and enhancements
· Optimize system performance and scalability

Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
· 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
· Strong experience in HRSD module
· Proficiency in: 
· JavaScript (ServiceNow scripting)
· REST/SOAP APIs
· Flow Designer & IntegrationHub
· Experience with: 
· Service Portal / Employee Center
· Catalog items & workflows
· Access Control (ACLs)
Platform Knowledge
· Deep understanding of: 
· HR Case Management
· Knowledge Management
· Employee Lifecycle Events
Certifications (Preferred)
· ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
· ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
· HRSD Implementation Specialist (preferred)

Soft Skills
· Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management
· Ability to work in agile environments

Nice to Have
· Experience with Workday or SAP HR integrations
· Exposure to AI/Virtual Agent in ServiceNow
· Experience with Employee Center Pro
