Gather and analyze business requirements related to compensation planning, merit cycles, bonuses, stock plans, and allowances
Configure and maintain Advanced Compensation plans, eligibility rules, compensation packages, and calculation logic for New India Salary Structure
Design and implement compensation review processes, guidelines, budgets, and approvals
Develop and maintain calculated fields, business process frameworks, condition rules, and validations
Support annual compensation cycles, testing, data validation, and end-user training
Partner with HR and Total Rewards teams to ensure best practices and compliance
Troubleshoot system issues and provide effective solutions
Create functional design documents and user guides
Workday Certification in Advanced Compensation (Active)
5+ years of Workday HCM experience with strong focus on Advanced Compensation
Proven experience in end-to-end Workday implementations
Strong understanding of compensation structures, merit planning, bonus plans, and equity compensation
Experience with Workday security, reporting, and integrations (basic to intermediate level)
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
